Not all Factories are Created Equal.

Selecting the manufacturer--Can they produce the quantity and quality you need and on time? Is the price right? Are they in-fact a factory and not a broker who brings little to the table other than a mark-up? Is the factory doing the work in-house or are they farming out part of the job? Whether to demand 100% in-house construction or direct that they subcontract certain components is not a simple decision.
